Diets suck.
Can't I just eat what I want, already?

You feel like you are on the right track. You glance over the organic produce, occasionally order a green tea over a frappuccino, you've bookmarked all the healthy tips and tricks suggested by the latest wellness blogger, you have checked out every paleo library book on the market, even joined the trendiest gym in your area, but you are still left feeling like you should be feeling healthier.  Why are you still struggling to make healthier choices and still pulling your yoga pants up over your muffin-top? 

This is what happened to me.


I used to be a rock star. Living the good life with my husband, eating at restaurants all the time, not really paying attention to calories or (gasp!) labels, proudly thinking that drinking diet coke and bud lite were my "healthy choices". I was pretty much the same size as I was in college and as long as I still fit into my "going out" jeans, I didn't really care about my weight or what I was putting into my body.

Then my 30's happened, 3 kids happened and I lost myself somewhere in between. I would gain weight, lose weight and then do it all over again. Low carb, no carb, low sugar, high protein, you name it, I've tried it, and could not sustain it. I worked out in every type of fitness class I could find. But I just wasn't getting there.

Then it hit me. I don't want to be on a diet for the rest of my life. I want to be able to eat what I want and still rock my skinny jeans with heels on the occasional girls night out.  I started researching and learning about how my body processes and uses the nutrients from what I was eating as fuel. 

I created a program where I am able to eat what I want, work out how I want, and maintain the healthy weight that I want, AND STILL enjoy and participate in my life.  I became a health coach so I can share this with women just like you.
